Senior Year Book reimagines the tradition of high school yearbook portraits within the walls of a senior citizen high school reunion. By photographing older adults in the polished, posed style of teenage yearbook photos, the series plays with the double meaning of “senior” and the rituals of belonging, nostalgia, and identity that portraits often carry. It’s both affectionate and absurd—a reminder that we never really graduate from wanting to be seen.
